Summary
A diode, manufactured by RCA and branded Cunningham, in Cleveland, Ohio, introduced in 1927. It was a half wave rectifier usually used in pairs to produce full-wave rectification in radios and amplifiers.
It used a 7.5 Volt directly heated cathode. It is equivalent to types UX281 and 81.
