Summary
Beam Tetrode, made for the British Defence Department (Royal Air Force) introduced in the 1930s. It was used in output amplifiers in battery powered radios or military equipment.
It had a 2.0 Volt directly heated cathode and was used as class a power output amplifier. It was equivalent to valve types "PEN220A" and "PM22C".
