Summary

A double diode, branded Mullard, made the USA by an unknown manufacturer, introduced in the mid 1950s and used as a full wave rectifier mainly in television.

Manufacturers would share the production of valves. All of a particular type were distributed by different firms but would have come from one factoiry.

It had a 5.0 volt directly heated cathode.

Physical Description

Octal base. The base is made of mica filled phenoloic material, more heat resistant than plain black bakelite. This tube ran very hot.
