Summary
A diode, manufactured by Mullard, England, introduced in the late1920s and used as a full wave rectifier mainly in radio.
It had a 4.0 volt filament rating. Maximum R.M.S. plate voltage is 250V. It has a directly heated cathode.
Physical Description
Four pin European style base, with one pin cut off. The reason for this removal is that the valve has been used to replace a half wave rectifier with a three pin base, such as Philips 373.
