General purpose triode, introduced in 1929. This was an early indirectly heated valve produced by Philips. It was used in AC mains powered radios in Australia from 1929 until the early 1930s. 4 volt indirectly heated cathode.

Physical Description
Conical bulb on 5 pin UY style base, mounted on display block. Shadows of the electrode structure on inside of bulb indicate that the bulb has had a lot of use.
