Physical Description
A silver medal (38 mm. diameter) issued as a prize at the Ballaarat District Exhibition of 1866. It features Justice seated facing right on bales of wool, holding balanced scales in left hand and a sword resting on right shoulder in right, wheat sheaf on right and mine in background on left. The reverse has the name of the winning firm, Cutter & Lever engraved within a wreath of oak and olive.
