Summary
Copper As of Tiberius struck for his son Drusus during the period 21-23 AD, Ancient Roman Empire. Minted by Rome. Drusus was given the tribunicia potestatis in AD 22, noted on this coin. This was a sure sign that he was to succeed Tiberius, his father as emperor. However he died in 23 (at much the time this coin type was being produced) possibly poisoned.
