Physical Description
Rectangular bronze plaque. The obverse depicts the bust of a woman facing right in the regional costume of Lorraine. She wears a ruffled bonnet on her head and the Cross of Lorraine around her neck. Inscribed LORRAINE in top right, with the artist's name right centre. The reverse depicts the Cross of Lorraine in a shield, placed above a stone plinth. To the left is an olive branch and the right, an acanthus branch. Artist's name in lower left. The edge is inscribed BRONZE.
