Four crowned shields, bearing the arms of England, Scotland, France and Ireland, formed to make a cross with the Star of the Garter at the centre; in the angles, two interlinked Cs; around, MAG BR FRA ET HIB REX 1676, the date being divided by the crown above the English arms. Holed removing part of the last numeral of the date.
