Reverse Description
At the centre, a compartment containing the letter E (the King's initial) above a floriated cross with a lis at the end of each arm, in each angle of the cross, a lion passant guardant below a crown; all set within a tressure of eight arches; around, + IHC AVTEM TRANCIENS P MEDIVM ILLORVM IBAT (translation: but Jesus passing through the midst of them went His way; from Luke iv, 30).
