Rectangular bronze plaque. The obverse depicts two crewed power boats racing in rough seas, with birds overhead.The exergue is blank. The reverse bears a blank plaque with laurel wreath below and maritime objects around: to the left, a pennant, above, a lifebuoy and shield, to the right a capstan, propeller and anchor, and a lantern below. Artist's name left below.
