This, COS IIII on the reverse. In addition the reverse legend gives TR POT XX, indicating the coin was struck during the period Pius held the Tribunician Powers for the twentieth time, 156 to 157 AD. Although the numeral XX on the reverse is not clear, this coin's reverse type with this coin's obverse legend only occurs with that number.
