Crowned and draped bust of the King facing right, the King is wearing the Imperial Crown and the ermine Robe of State, the Collar of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath; around, EDWARD VII KING & EMPEROR; below the bust truncation, the artist's initials, DES. There is a small incuse B mint mark on the crown.
Reverse Description
Within an ornamental diamond, a large numeral 1 which divides the word AN NA; above, INDIA; below, 1910; each arch formed by a side of the ornamental diamond and a edge of the coin contains the denomination in one of the following scripts, Urdu (top left), Telugu (top right), Nagari (bottom left) and Bengali (bottom right)
