Gold $200 uncirculated, supplied in printed cardboard booklet. The reverse was designed by Stuart Devlin and features a Koala sitting in a gum tree.
Physical Description
A round gold coin (24 mm diameter with milled edge) featuring a draped bust of Elizabeth II facing right on the obverse and a koala on a gum tree on the reverse. Both sides were designed by Stuart Devlin, the koala being an extension of the fauna theme of the normal decimal series. The coin is packed into a brown printed bubble-pack which gives a brief history of gold and gold coinage in Australia.
