Significance
In 1848 a series of four denominations (1,2,4 and 8 cash) were introduced. Production of the 1 cash continued until about 1860, the other denominations were discontinued in 1849. A 1 cash with the body of Kasu made from beads but otherwise like this coin was struck from 1885
