Physical Description
Black wool with wide, gold ribbon piping down length of outer leg. Small pocket proper right front. High shaped waistband at back. Six button around waist. Button-front fly.with five buttons. large hook and eye fastening at waist. Instep strap with buckle attached at ends of each trouser leg. Bottom of trouser leg shaped to be longer at back. Striped cotton lining at waist, calico facing beneath.
