Physical Description
Broken section of cast, decorative metal. It is curved in shape and flares slightly at one end. The number '4' is handwritten in black ink at the flared end. The exposed ends show the metal to be dark grey with some rust colouring at one end. Remnants of silver paint are on the surface.
