Highly decorative lithographic print in gold, olive, cream & red. Patterned in Florentine/Celtic style. Central scroll, in cream. Around the border of the certificate are banners with the names of the participating States or Nations in the exhibition. Handwritten and printed text. Two numbers are written on the reverse in pencil.
