Summary
Souvenir programme for 'Australia Makes It', an exhibition organised by Queen Victoria Hospital Rebuilding Fund Committee. It was held at the Melbourne Exhibition Buildings, 12-21 June 1947. As well as numerous advertisement, the booklet contains details of exhibitors and stand numbers, and an article on the Queen Victoria Hospital and its reconstruction.
Physical Description
Paper booklet containing information about the exhibitors in the fair, including a stand number and advertisement for each company. Various black and white illustrations throughout. Front cover is red, blue and white with a world globe featuring Australia on the front, and the title of the fair wrapped around the globe. Deco style buildings [Queen Victoria Hospital) are illustrated below. Back cover features a colour advertisement for Spalding sporting goods.
