The man is probably skating on Lake Riessersee which was a popular skating venue and the location for the speed skating and ice hockey for the 1936 Winter Olympics.

Man wearing fitted pants and a jumper ice skating, on an outdoor track. There are people walking along side the track and behind the skater a group of spectators and sitting and standing at the side of the track.

Standard format (3¼ x 3¼ inch square) lantern slide, comprising black & white photograph printed on glass with black paper edging under a protective glass cover plate.
