Other Details: Channel 7 Sport medallion, issued to commemorate the Essendon versus Hawthorn football game in 1985 at VFL Park. Essendon played Hawthorn in the Grand Final. The final score was Essendon 26. 14 (170) defeated Hawthorn 14. 8 (92). HSV-7 was established in Melbourne in 1956 by the Herald and Weekly Times newspaper consortium, and later expanded to include television stations established in the other states. Today it has wide media interests.
