Description of Content
Construction of Yallourn 'A' power station boiler house, left and centre, and turbine house, right. Both are at the frame stage, with the turbine house partially walled. Steam drums are visible in position in the boiler house frame. The steelwork was supplied by Redpath, Brown anbd Co of Glasgow. In the foreground are construction sheds, a storage shed, two steam drums, and what appears to be rows of tree trunks.
