There is a picket fence beside the store, and a wire fence to the left. There are two large windows in the shopfront, in which products are displayed. The people are wearing fashions typical of the 1920s: the proprietor is wearing a blouse and a skirt, the two young girls are in school unifrom, the small girl is wearing a dress, and two young boys are wearing shorts and jackets.
