At the centre a lis over a floriated cross with a lis at the end of each arm; in each angle a lion passant guardant; all within a tessure of eight arches; around, (mm. lis) EXALTABITVR IN GLORIA (mullet before and annulet after IN) (Translation: He shall be exhalted in glory)
