Description of Content
A group of five tradsemen with a display of their products. The products shown include single and multi-furrow mouldboard ploughs, zig-zag harrows, an earth scoop, horsedrawn farm carts and tip drays, a water or feed trough and horseshoes. Four of the men are wearing leather blacksmiths' aprons and two are holding blacksmiths' hammers, while the man at the right is shoeing a horse. The photograph appears to have been taken in a vacant yard - possibly adjacent to a their workshop - though this is not shown. The business appears to have included blacksmiths, wheelwrights, farriers (or horse-shoeing) and coach-building.
