Street parade for 'Muggs Trot' with about twenty horse riders dressed in costumes passing the Royal Hotel (in background) watched by a scattered crowd of spectators on either side of the street. There as several horsedrawn vehicles parked by the kerb waiting for the parade to pass. In the left background is the weatherboard side wall of a shop on which are painted the words "[WHITE] HOUSE, CASH or TERMS, BEDSTEADS, BEDDING, WIRE MATTRESSES, CARPETS, LINOLEUMS, FLOORCLOTHS .. "
