Summary

Footscray joined the senior division of the VFA in 1886. They won nine premierships between 1898 and 1924, including a hat-trick from 1898 to 1900 and four premierships between 1919 and 1924. In 1925 Footscray joined the VFL along with HAwthorn and North Melbourne.
