David Henry Larkin, service # 6541, enlisted on 2 June 1916, aged 36. He was an unmarried farm labourer. He served on the Western Front and had advanced to the rank of Lance-Corporal when his service ended in September 1919. By the early 1920s he was the holder of allotment 44 in the Parish of Mirkoo, in Kooloonong.
