Description of Content
Two men standing by the foundation stone believed to be the Capitol, an important buliding in Walter Burley Griffin's plan for Canberra. This building was never erected but the Prince of Wales laid the foundation stone in 1920. Could possibly be the foundation stone for Canberra.
