Ltd, agricultural implement manufacturer, importer and distributor, of Sunshine, Victoria, and its predecessors dating back to Hugh V. McKay, who developed an innovative combine harvesters design during the 1880s and founded the Sunshine Harvester Works, at Ballarat, in 1894.

The HV McKay Sunshine Factory foundry, 1918, showing the mould boxes which take cores for pouring castings. In the centre are the patterns for the knife wheel used on the chaff cutter.
