Reverse Description
Four crowned shields forming a cross about the Star of the Garter, upper and lower shields with the arms of England, right, Scotland; left, Ireland; between shields two roses, a thistle and a shamrock; around above in lower case Gothic script, tueatur unita deus; around below, anno dom mdcccxlvii (translation, may God guard these united kingdoms, year of Our Lord 1847)
