Black and white photograph of Reg McDuff who was a sub-foreman of the carpenters department at H.V McKay Massey Harris in Sunshine. McDuff began working for the company when it was based in Ballarat in 1903. He started on the same day as he left school and when the company moved to Braybrook Junction (present-day Sunshine), McDuff completed a 10 month apprenticeship in 1907. By 1949, he was the sub-foreman of the Carpenters' Department.
