'Captain R.C.M. Duckworth O.B.E. of the Royal Navy was the guest speaker at the third Victory Loan Rally held in March. The captain is shown here with Jack Thorpe, secretary of the War Loans Committee. Jack Thorpe has rejoined the staff after 4 & half years. Captain Duckworth was a staff officer with the British Pacific Fleet.
