Summary

A group of people inspecting a Flanders vintage car on display during the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. The Flanders Automobile Company was a short-lived American automobile manufacturer which operated in Detroit, Michigan, from 1910 to 1913.

One of a set of 147 35mm Kodachrome slides donated to the Museum in 1987. The images are all taken during the Olympic Games held in Melbourne in November and December, 1956.
