Summary
A three dimensional mural depicting the Olympic Rings against a spray of wattle, welcoming people from around the world, which was located above the entrance to the Coles Department Store in Bourke Street, during the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games.
One of a set of 147 35mm Kodachrome slides donated to the Museum in 1987. The images are all taken during the Olympic Games held in Melbourne in November and December, 1956.
