Crowd of 26 men poised, on foot bridge under a water flume - some wearing rosettes or medals. Central figure appears to be holding photograph?. The image is believed to shown a flume on the Maroondah-Yan Yean Acqueduct built in the 1890s as part of the Melbourne & Metropolitan Board of Works water supply scheme.
