Image depicting a serviceman identified as 'Rogers Harrison' standing, facing the camera and hold the lead rope of an untacked horse that is orientated towards the left of frame but looking at the camera. Behind him is a group of tethered horses inside the camp horses were tethered with head and heel ropes between longer ropes known as picket lines.
Trooper Kenneth Berkley Rogers-Harrison enlisted on October 3, 1914 and was assigned to the 5th Light Horse Regiment, C Squadron. He returned to Australia in November 1918 as a Sergeant assigned to the 2nd Light Horse Regiment.
