No 619, SEC. 11./RULES AND REGULATIONS MADE BY THE EXHIBITION TRUSTEES/ 1. The Trustees shall meet from time to time, at a place hour to be fixed in the notice meeting/ 2. Three members shall form a quoram. If that number be not present within fifteen minutes after the time appointed for the meeting the members present may adjourn to a particular day, and receive notices of motion for the next day or any other day of meeting...'
