Hand made marionette depicting Aladdin. It was manufactured and operated in Melbourne by Alex and Murray Smith, who performed as part of Le Forgeron Marionettes from 1930 until 1956.
Physical Description
Male marionette wearing a pink coat with dark green sequin detail down front. He has a gold diamente brooch at his throat. Aladdin is wearing dark green trousers and a multi coloured straw hat on his head. There is also a genie lamp that has been painted gold with black detail.
