At centre within a wide rim formed by a bead circle broken at the top by the British Royal Arms, four quarters formed by a wode cross containing a smoking factory, a bunch of grapes an arched arcade and a horse drawn hay wagon; around, SHIRE OF STRATHFIELDSAYE . VICTORIA . 1866 .
