A copper medal issued by the Shire of Otway, President, Councillors and ratepayers to commemorate the sesquicentenary of Victoria in 1984-5. It features a shield surmounted by small shield bearing Southern Cross and supported by emu (not touching shield) and kangaroo, the shield bears a cow, orchard and map depicting rivers, and the sesquicentenary logo.
