Radio Shack brand solar powered Calculator.
This equipment was collected from the Melbourne Coastal Radio Station after it was closed in July 2002. In addition to communications equipment and documentation, items in general office use were collected in order to represent as far as possible the working environment at the time of closure.
Physical Description
A square, off-white and brown, plastic calculator. The head of the machine which bears the display panel is raised slightly. Set below this is the solar panel, followed by four rows of keys. Keys are dark brown and light brown in colour.
