Summary
Original card with two photocopies of a Reference Chart that details phone operating procedures, Telecom Australia.
This chart was collected from the Melbourne Coastal Radio Station after it was closed in July 2002. In addition to communications equipment and documentation, items in general office use were collected in order to represent as far as possible the working environment at the time of closure.

The chart is both textual and pictorial with the illustrations appearing in the right hand column and written guidelines in the left. There are two further photocopies stapled (top left) to the original card. Both the original and one photocopy has handwritten notes in the blank spaces provided at the bottom of the table.
