Copper Quadrans of the Emperor Hadrian struck in the name of his wife, Sabina between 117 and 136 AD, Ancient Roman Empire. Minted by Rome. Attributed to the Rome mint because of the SC on the reverse but could be another "Eastern mintage" (see RIC 11 p.428 footnote)
