General Description
Body golden, grey-brown or dark green with paler small spots. White stripe along the side of the body (lateral stripe). Up to 4 cm long (snout-vent).
Biology
These skinks can move quickly. They also lie in the sun on rocks, tree trunks and sides of buildings, or shelter in crevices.
Distribution
Throughout Australia, except Tasmania.
Habitat
Dry areas, including rocky outcrops, woodlands, sclerophyll forests.
