General Description
Dark green-brown, sometimes with dark-edged white spots or pale stripes on each side from head to tail tip. Up to 6 cm long (snout-vent).
Biology
Obscure Skinks move about quickly during the day. They are found around leaf litter at the base of bushes and rocky outcrops. They feed on small invertebrates, mainly insects.
Distribution
Southern mainland Australia.
Habitat
Dry woodland, heath and scrub areas.
