General Description
Wings usually white or white with brown patches. Two antennae. Up to 2 cm long.
Biology
These caddisflies are sometimes called Snowflake Caddisflies due to the white colour patterns of some individuals. The adult caddisflies' short lifespan is dedicated to breeding. They do not usually feed, though they may occasionally take nectar.
Distribution
Worldwide. Mainland Australia and Tasmania.
Habitat
Near flowing water.
