General Description
Body oval shape with brown and yellow mottled pattern. Large triangle outline on the back. Body up to 3 cm long.
Biology
Shield Bugs feed on white-barked eucalypt trees or native pines. They can produce a foul-smelling fluid if threatened.
Distribution
South-western, central and eastern mainland Australia.
Habitat
Under bark, on vegetation and in leaf litter.
