General Description
Head pale orange with a pointed snout. Body up to 4 mm long.
Biology
Weathered Wood Termites live in small colonies. They may attack damp and weathered wood, such as decking boards on verandahs around the outside of homes.
Distribution
South-eastern mainland Australia.
Habitat
Nests in the ground, but also on decayed wood in fences and posts.
