General Description
Body pink. Tentacles have round, swollen tips (acrospheres). Column up to 2 cm wide.
Biology
Jewel Anemones live in groups, connected together by a thin sheet called a "coenenchyme". They may also be solitary.
Distribution
New Zealand and south-eastern Australia.
Habitat
Reef areas, to depth of 30 m.
